Return Policy

At Ghost Sim Racing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your Ghost Sim Racing equipment, you may return it within 14 days from the product ship date, subject to the terms outlined below:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

• You may return the Ghost Sim Racing equipment within for any reason 14 days from the product ship date.

• The product must be in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received, with all original accessories and documentation.

2. Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please fill log into your account and request a refund on teh products you would like to return. Self-Service Refund Request.

• Package the product securely in original packaging to ensure safe transit.

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective (see section 3).

3. Defective Products:

• If the Ghost Sim Racing equipment is found to be defective within the 14-day return period, we will provide a replacement unit or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

4. Refund Processing:

• Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it for eligibility (see section 1). If the product meets the criteria, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method minus the cost of shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.

• Please allow several business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

• Certain items are non-returnable, including software licenses, downloadable content, and products with physical damage caused by misuse or neglect.
