  3. Replacement Policy: Once your warranty claim is verified, we'll swing into action and send you a replacement product at absolutely no cost to you. Our aim is to get you back up and running with minimal hassle.

  4. Return of Defective Product: As part of the warranty process, we kindly ask that you return the defective product to us. We ask you to cover the shipping back to us. This helps us ensure that only genuine warranty claims are processed and enables us to continually improve our products.

  5. Deadline for Return Shipment: Please return the defective item within 14 days of receiving the replacement product. This allows us to process the warranty efficiently and maintain the high quality you expect from us.

  6. Failure to Return Defective Product: We trust our customers, but to maintain fairness, if we do not receive the defective product within the specified timeframe, we will have to charge you for the new item we shipped as part of the warranty claim.

  7. Conditions and Exceptions: Our warranty is designed to protect you against manufacturing defects and faults. It does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
