Never got it/ sent me a new one

I ordered thus shifter on the 25 of October and I still don't have it so I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody.
Update: They reached out to me and ended up sending me a new shifter. Have had it installed now for about a week. I love this shifter really glad I went this this company great customer service and great product.

I’m really sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. I wish you had reached out sooner so I could have resolved this for you right away.

I double-checked the tracking, and the last update was on November 1. It seems safe to assume the package was lost and won’t be delivered. This is the first time I’ve had a package go missing, and I sincerely apologize for the mishap.

Would you prefer that I ship out another shifter, or would you like a refund? Thank you for giving me the chance to make this right, and I truly apologize for not being able to get your order to you as expected.
